Membership Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated these Terms and Conditions apply to Premium, Deluxe and Essential Membership

Membership is valid for 12 months from the start date which is normally the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed at the time of joining. Entitlement to become a member is entirely at the discretion of Long Drove Holistic Horse Training, Founder and Proprietor Tara Osborn.

1. By signing up for a Long Drove Holistic Horse Training membership you are agreeing to a 12 month membership, and a refund will not be given if a membership is cancelled before the end of the 12 month membership period.

2. Members are entitled to enjoy the benefits of membership from the day of joining. This includes unlimited entry to the corresponding Membership area on the website.

3. Long Drove Holistic Horse Training, reserves the right to cancel a membership, without refund.

4. Membership is not transferable, and only the named member may use their membership and enjoy their membership benefits.

5. Long Drove Holistic Horse Training, reserves the right to remove any content within the Membership Areas on the website without prior notice to you.

6. Long Drove Holistic Horse Training reserves the right to change the amount of the Membership Fee.

7. From time to time, Long Drove Holistic Horse Training may make modifications, enhancements or issue clarifications to the audio visual, written content, images or any other content . You will have access to such changes free of charge only to the extent that such changes relate to the Membership purchased by you.

8. The Long Drove Members Priority Holistic Assessment has it’s own set of terms and conditions that can be found HERE.

Essentials:

• Long Drove Dressage Centre reserves the right to remove, update or replace Articles without prior notice to you.

Deluxe:

• Long Drove Dressage Centre reserves the right to remove, update or replace any or all videos from the Long Drove Video Library without prior notice to you.

• The Events and Clinics Calendar will show upcoming events or clinics:

  • You will be able to purchase your place for you and your equine partner from the main Store.

  • Numbers maybe limited, Long Drove Holistic Horse Training accepts no responsibility for booking your place onto the events or clinics.

  • The Lesson Waiver applies to your purchase.

Premium:

• Long Drove Holistic Horse Training reserves the right to remove, update or replace any or all videos from the Full Long Drove Video Library without prior notice to you.

• Long Drove Holistic Horse Training reserves the right to remove, update, amend or replace any exercise from the Long Drove Exercise Guide Library without prior notice to you.

• Booking for upcoming Events or Clinics is not guaranteed.

• The Events and Clinics Calendar will show upcoming events or clinics:

  • You will be able to purchase your place for you and your equine partner from the main Store.
