Members Priority Holistic Assessment Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer: You recognise that a Members Priority Holistic Assessment offers an evaluation that reflects the equine's movement at a specific moment in time.

The Member Priority Holistic Assessment is not a substitute for veterinary advice or treatment. If Tara believes your horse requires veterinary attention, you will be advised to contact your vet. Always seek veterinary care for injury, illness, or sudden changes in your horse’s health.

This assessment provides valuable insights based on the information available during the assessment but may not encompass the complete history or account for potential changes in the equine's condition and behaviour over time. As such, you understand the inherent limitations of a members priority holistic assessment and will use this assessment accordingly whilst considering the evolving nature of equine health and performance.  

By purchasing the Members Assessment, I agree that: 

I authorise the use of my name, voice and picture in any broadcast, telecast, promotion, advertising, and in any other way, without payment to me or any other form of compensation.

I can confirm and provide evidence that I have had a ‘lesson’ with Tara within the last month.

I will upload the relevant media via the online form on the assessment page within three (3) days of purchasing the assessment, I understand that failure to do so will result in loosing my place for the assessment and I am not entitled to any of the assessment fee to be refunded.

I understand that my total assessment fee is not refundable.

If I have selected a Videotelephony consultation, I acknowledge it is my responsibility to ensure that my internet bandwidth, speed and latency have the capacity for the consultation. In the event of internet connection failure causing cancellation of the consultation, I agree that my consultation will be cancelled and rebooked for a time convenient to Tara.

If I have selected a telephone consultation, I acknowledge it is my responsibility to ensure that my network, software and location have the capacity for the consultation. (Mobile Device Only) In the event of signal failure causing cancellation of the consultation, I agree that my consultation will be cancelled and rebooked for a time convenient to Tara.

I understand that this assessment is designed to address training or functional issues my equine may be experiencing as a result of a setback.

I acknowledge that the provided guidance is for sole use on my equine to move forward safely and effectively

I acknowledge that the provided guidance is for training purposes for my equine only. Long Drove Holistic Horse Training will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Assessment Materials for any purpose other than training purposes for the equine assessed, including but not limited to the giving of advice by you to any third party.
