The Horse Intesive

Understand what’s really going on in your horse—and what to do about it.

There’s a point most people reach where they know something isn’t right with their horse… but they can’t fully put their finger on what it is.

It might be how they feel to ride.
It might be something you’re seeing on the ground.
It might be a behaviour that keeps coming up.

And you try things… different approaches, different people… but nothing really changes.

Not because you’re not trying, but because you don’t yet have clarity on what’s actually going on.

So you stay stuck in that cycle of trying, hoping, and second-guessing.

This is exactly what this weekend is for.

This is not a typical clinic.

This is a 2-day intensive designed to help you understand your horse as an individual—how they stand, how they move, how they load their body, and how that connects to what you’re feeling or seeing, whether that’s physical, behavioural, or performance-related.

Because more often than not, those things are not separate.

Over the weekend, we assess, we work, and most importantly, you start to understand what’s actually going on in your horse and what needs to change.

For some horses, this will be the starting point of rehabilitation.
For others, it will be about removing restrictions that are limiting performance.
For others, it will be about making sense of behaviours that haven’t added up.

But in every case, the aim is the same:

To give you clarity, and a direction to move forward.

This weekend is for you if:

You feel like something isn’t quite right, but you can’t fully identify what it is
You’ve tried things, but progress hasn’t been consistent or lasting
Your horse has behaviours that don’t make sense or feel out of proportion
You want to understand your horse’s body, rather than just manage symptoms
You’re ready to look at what’s actually there, not just what you hoped it would be

What You’ll Gain

A clear assessment of your horse’s posture, movement, and loading patterns
An understanding of how this links to what you’re experiencing—physically and behaviourally
Practical, hands-on work to begin improving function, balance, and communication
Guidance on what to focus on moving forward, so you’re not guessing

Each horse will be assessed as part of the weekend, with a full explanation of what is being seen and how this relates to what you’re experiencing. You are welcome to record this for your own reference.
