What if your horse could tell you exactly what your body is saying?

Horses read every breath, shift, and flicker of energy we give off — long before we ever touch a rein or pick up a rope.
This unique horseless workshop gives you the chance to experience what your horse feels when you communicate.

Through a series of guided, eye-opening human-to-human exercises, you’ll discover:
•   How your body language, breath, and focus change what others feel from you.
•   How to use energy and intention to invite connection instead of forcing response.
•   How subtle shifts in clarity, pressure, and timing create trust — or tension.
•   Why horses sometimes “disconnect,” and how to rebuild communication from stillness.

You’ll also observe real herd communication through video analysis, seeing how horses use posture, space, and subtle energy to lead, yield, and connect.

Why attend this workshop?

If you’ve ever felt that your horse doesn’t fully understand you… or that something in your communication just isn’t landing… this workshop will show you why — and how to change it.

By exploring communication in a human-to-human setting, you’ll:
✅ Build awareness of your own physical and energetic signals.
✅ Learn to regulate tension, breath, and timing to create clarity.
✅ Experience connection and disconnection first-hand — exactly as a horse does.
✅ Take home skills you can instantly apply to groundwork and ridden work.

No horses, no equipment — just awareness, feel, and transformation.

Who it’s for:
•   Horse owners who want to understand what their horse is really feeling from them.
•   Riders seeking better connection and communication without stronger aids.
•   Anyone interested in holistic, awareness-based horsemanship.
•   Suitable for all levels and disciplines.

What to expect:
•   Guided video analysis of herd behaviour and body language.
•   Interactive, horseless communication exercises (in pairs and small groups).
•   Gentle body awareness and grounding work — no physical strain required.
•   A welcoming, thought-provoking atmosphere where insight happens naturally.

(Light refreshments and a mid-morning break provided.)
